Further, the supervisory board resolved to terminate the service agreement with Tim Alexander Lüdke with immediate effect; the duration of the service agreement would have been until December 31, 2014 without such termination. Furthermore, Mr Tim Alexander Lüdke resigned from his function as the CEO with immediate effect and terminated his service agreement with immediate effect.
