Nemetschek is aiming for a strategic financial interest in the Hungarian competitor Graphisoft, announced Gerhard Weiß, CEO of Nemetschek AG. Subject to a successfull completion of the customary due diligence review and the financing agreements, Nemetschek plans to exercise its call option for the majority stake in Graphisoft shortly.
