Nemetschek: New CEO at Allplan

- Dr. Jörg Rahmer becomes new CEO at Nemetschek subsidiary Allplan

- Growth strategy in focus

Munich, May 16, 2013 - Nemetschek AG (ISIN 0006452907), a leading global software producer for the architecture, engineering and construction market (AEC), has named Dr. Jörg Rahmer as the new CEO of its 100%-owned subsidiary Allplan. Dr. Rahmer will be starting in his new position in October 2013.

The new CEO holds a doctorate in computer science and looks back on many years of experience in the software and online sectors. In particular, he possesses proven expertise in product management, product development and pricing. In the course of his career, he has set up a number of industry-oriented business divisions and has comprehensive experience in leadership roles in international software and online companies. His last position was COO and Managing Director of a renowned online portal.
