Nemetschek's new Executive Board team complete

- Patrik Heider becomes CFOO and spokesman of the Executive Board

Munich, December 18, 2013 - Nemetschek AG (ISIN 0006452907) announced today that Mr. Patrik Heider (40) will be appointed to the Nemetschek AG Executive Board on March 1, 2014. As an internationally experienced manager, Mr. Heider brings extensive operative and strategic experience from globally expanding companies into the Nemetschek Group. Together with Sean Flaherty and Viktor Várkonyi he will build the newly formed Executive Board team, serving as CFOO (Chief Financial & Operations Officer) and spokesman of the Executive Board. With the appointment of Mr. Heider, Dr. Tobias Wagner will finish his interim activities on the Executive Board at the end of March 2014. The Supervisory Board would like to thank Dr. Wagner for his outstanding performance. He is being made an offer to continue his activities in an executive position in the Nemetschek Group.

Mr. Patrik Heider studied Business Administration at the Fachhochschule Konstanz. He started his career at well known, internationally active IBM Global Services, where he gained comprehensive experience in the area of finance. He demonstrated his pronounced strength in terms of implementation and his experience in international project management, coupled with high-level strategic leadership skills, in his role as Managing Director at Hoffmann Holding, the European market leader in the area of technical wholesale and production with revenues of around EUR 1 billion. In this role he was also responsible for all transactions relating to M&A in the corporate group. His extensive experience is to the benefit of Nemetschek AG to intensify its future international growth strategy.
